Izabela Jakubiec – President of the Board

Over 10 years of experience in management positions in finance and accounting, including more than four years in the Management and Supervisory Boards, including the Board of a public listed company and the Management Boards of Polish entities being part of an international group. Advisor of the Board in two publicly listed companies.

More than 5 years of experience as a manager of a shared service center in polish subsidiaries of international holding. Accountant Certificate No. 27612/2008.

Throughout her career, she supervised the projects of mergers, separation of the organized part of enterprise, the emission of shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and obtaining funds under the project finance (2 projects with a value of PLN 100 M each).

Responsible for cash flow management and insurance, internal control procedures, contact with external institutions (banks, auditors, tax office), the implementation of IT systems which support decision makers.

From 13th of December 2010 to 31st of January 2013 - Member of the Management Board of the companies from renewable energy market.

PhD, actively working with the magazine Controlling and Management Accounting, presenting to a wider range of readers her own projects implemented in the framework of her business activity.
